You need to eat up the enemies with HP at below 1/8 of their max HP, by using Quina's "eat" command.
If Quina's is in Trance mode, "eat" will be replaced by "cook", that enables Quina to eat up the enemies with HP at below 1/4 of their max HP, instead of the normal 1/8 max HP.
